We Provide Environment Assessments
Phillip Santiago founded Crystal Coast Environmental in 2006 to help customers find professionals who provide environment assessments. Our aim is to provide accurate information to help resolve or mitigate the issues.
Asbestos Compliance
Presence of asbestos in building materials has been a major concern in residential and commercial properties. Exposure to this material can pose serious health issues and risks without warning.
Our certified technicians conduct a widespread inspection of the building or area of concern, prior to sampling suspect asbestos materials.

Lead Paint Identifying
Exposure to fine particles can cause short-term health effects such as irritation, coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath. Prolonged exposure could affect lung function and worsen medical conditions such as asthma and heart disease.
Our staff works as a team in conducting a lead-based paint survey and provides comprehensive solutions to address the problem.
Mold
Mold occurs due to presence of excessive moisture. Some people and children are sensitive to mold, and it causes various health issues such as wheezing, stuffiness and irritation. Hence, it is important to get the property tested for molds and remove them.
Our inspectors collect air and surface samples after a visual inspection and determine the problem areas. They engage the latest technology to assess the extent of the damage. We then share a detailed report of our study with the customer.

Our environment experts provide services throughout North Carolina.
